Defective Cosco Touriva Carseat 22-110-WAL, DOM 1/03/05

A-lock adjuster slipping badly. Very dangerous situation. Defective seat was replaced at carseat check and Dorel was notified. Seat was sent back to Dorel for inspection. This particular model was never recalled for this issue although some of the Dorel 3-in-1 seats were.
